| 摘 要： | 目的研究新型护理质量持续改进反馈信息系统,为护理质量持续改进提供保障。方法护理质量持续改进反馈信息系统包括科室护理质量小组监控、科室护士长护理质量监控、科室护理质量月小结、院级护理质量小组监控、值班护士长护理质量监控、护理部护理质量监控、护理质量监控数据月统计、护理部护理质量月讲评及护理质量监控组管理维护9个模块。结果应用该信息系统后护理质量提高(P0.01),护理缺陷发生率降低(P0.05)。结论运用新型护理质量持续改进反馈信息系统可有效提高护理综合质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the new information system of nursing quality continuous improvement and feedback, in order to ensure the nursing quality continuous improvement. Methods Nine modules in the new information system of quality continuous improvement and feedback were designed, inclu ding nursing quality control on every level, monthly summary, monthly feedback, data monitor and management etc. Results After applying this system, the qual ity of nursing was improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the incidence of nursing defects was decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing comprehensive quality is effectively improved after applying the new information system of nursing quality improvement and feedback. |
