全髋关节置换治疗强直性脊柱炎临床分析

目的 采用全髋关节置换对强直性脊柱炎进行临床分析并探讨其疗效.方法选取强直性脊柱炎患者45例,均采用全髋关节置换术进行治疗.结果 全部患者均手术成功,所有患者术前与术后髋关节的总活动度、外展、内收、外旋、内旋、屈曲均有明显差异,具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,以外展和屈曲的差异尤为明显,Harris评分也有明显差异,具统计学意义（P＜0.05）,且术后均无明显并发症.结论 全髋关节置换是治疗强直性脊柱炎的有效方法,也是目前基本治愈强直性脊柱炎的主要手术方法,术后及时结合康复训练更有利于患者的恢复.

Clinical Analysis of Total Hip Replacement in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of total hip replacement in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Selecting 45 patients with total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Results All patients had successful surgery, all patients＇ preoperative and postoperative total hip activity, abduction, adducdon, external rotation, internal rotation and flexion were signifi- cantly different （P 〈 0.05 ）, with significant difference in the outreach and buckling. The Harris score had significant difference, with sta- tistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） and no significant postoperative complications. Conclusion Total hip replacement is the treatment of ankylo- sing spondylitis effective method, is currently the basic cure for ankylosing spondylitis main surgical methods, and combined with postopera- tive rehabilitation is more conducive to timely patient＇s recovery.
