传染病医院医务人员HIV职业暴露情况分析

目的分析传染病院医务人员发生HIV职业暴露情况,为制订对策提供依据。方法对某收治艾滋病患者定点医院2006年1月至2012年12月发生的56例HIV职业暴露情况进行分析。结果发生职业暴露的医务人员中护士占64.29%;针刺伤30例,破损皮肤、黏膜暴露26例;来源于确诊艾滋病的53例,不详3例;暴露级别1级(轻度)30例,2级(中度)18例,3级(重度)8例;暴露后均做了紧急处理并定期监测,无一例发生HIV感染。结论重视职业安全防护培训,HIV职业暴露后及时正确处置,进行暴露后预防和给予心理、社会支持,减轻职业暴露者的心理压力,使暴露后感染降到最低限度。

Analysis of occupational exposure to HIV among medical staff in infectious disease hospitals

Objective To analyze medical staffg occupational exposure to HIV in infectious disease hospital, to provide evidence for making countermeas ures. Method To analyze 56 cases of occupational exposure to HIV in a HIV designated hospital from January 2006 to December 2012. Results The nurses were accounted for 64.29% of medical staff exposed to HIV. Thirty cases were from needle - stick injuries, other 26 cases were broken skin or mucous membrane exposure. Fifty- three cases were from AIDS patients and 3 cases from non -diagnosis patients. In regard to exposure level ,30 cases were at first level （mild） , 18 cases were at second level （moderate） ,8 cases were at third level （severe）. After treated immediately and monitored regularly, there was no case infected HIV. Conclusion Safety protection training, timely and correct treatment after exposure to HIV, psychological and social support and easing the psychological pressure are key points to reduce infection to a minimum.
