| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床路径式健康教育在蝮蛇咬伤患者中的应用效果。方法采用前后对照的方法将221例蝮蛇咬伤患者分为实验组116例和对照组105例。实验组应用临床路径式健康教育,对照组采用常规健康教育。结果实验组患者住院天数和住院费用低于对照组,相关健康知识的掌握情况和健康教育满意度高于对照组(P0.01)。结论应用临床路径式健康教育能促进患者康复,减少医疗费用,提高患者健康知识掌握程度及健康教育满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of applying clinical pathway of health education in patients with agkistrodon halys snake bite. Methods Totally,221 patients with agkistrodon halys snake bite were divided into the experimental group （ n = 116） and the control group （ n = 105 ）. Patients in the experimental group were received clinical pathway of health education, while patients in the control group were received routine health education. Results The hospital stays and hospitalization expenses of patients in the experimental group were lower, and the mastery degree of the related health knowledge and satisfaction of health education were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The application of clinical pathway of health education can promote the recovery of patients, reduce the hospitalization expenses,improve the mastery degree of the related health knowledge and satisfaction of health education of patients. |
