摘    要:目的 探讨我院医院感染的菌种分布及其耐药情况,以便指导临床对抗生素的合理应用.方法 对我院2012-01~2012-12间临床科室送检的标本予以致病菌菌种鉴定和药敏试验.结果 本研究检测人数共1203例,其中共检出的病原菌阳性639例,检出阳性率53.12%.其中革兰氏阴性菌376例(58.8%),革兰氏阳性菌200例(31.3%),真菌63例(9.9%).这些菌株均有不同程度的耐常用抗生素药性,并且呈多重耐药增加的趋势.结论 由于细菌对抗生素的耐药性不断增加,导致临床可使用的抗生素越来越少,令治疗更加困难.因此,应加强细菌感染以及其耐药性的检测,合理选择抗生素.

Analysis of Nosocomial Infection Bacteria and Antibiotic Resistance

Abstract:Objective To explore nosocomial infection bacteria and drug resistance in the hospital, in order to guide the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Doing submission of specimens for bacterial species identification and susceptibility testing in clinical departments in the hospital from January to December 2012. Results 1203 cases were detected in the study, with 639 positive cases, and pathogen posi- tive rate was 53.12%. Among them, there were 376 patients with Gram - negative bacteria(58.8% ), 200 cases with Gram - positive bac- teria(31.3% ), and 63 cases with fungi(9.9% ). These strains have different levels of resistance to commonly used antibiotics herbs, and were in muhidrug resistant increasing trend. Conclusion Increasing resistance of bacteria to antibiotics leads to less and less clinical used antibiotics and more difficult treatment. Therefore, the clinical detection of bacterial infections and drug resistance should be strengthened, and a reasonable choice of antibiotics should be done.
