全程系统干预对康复期精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响

目的探讨全程系统干预对康复期精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响。方法采用计算机随机数字法抽取某县康复期精神分裂症患者200例,运用数字分组法将患者分为干预组和对照组,每组100例。干预组患者按干预计划接受1年的全程系统干预,对照组患者接受一般社区管理。干预前和干预后1年分别采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表、生活质量综合评定问卷对两组患者进行评价,并统计服药依从性和疾病复发率。结果干预1年后,干预组患者社会功能评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P0.01);干预组患者服药依从性提高、疾病复发率下降(P0.05)。结论全程系统干预对提高精神分裂症患者服药依从性,降低疾病复发率,改善患者社会功能,提高患者生活质量有重要意义。

The effects of whole process system intervention on quality of life and social function in convalescence schizophrenia patients

Objective To explore the effects of whole process system intervention on quality of life and social function in convalescence schizophrenia patients. Methods Totally,200 chronic schizophrenia patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 100 cases. The experimental group was received one year whole process system intervention according to intervention plan, while the control group was only received general community management. Patients in two group were evaluated by using social disability screening schedule （SDSS） and generic quality of life inventory （GQOLI -74 ） at baseline and 1 year after intervention. The medication compliance and the rate of relapse were counted. Results After one yearg intervention,the SDSS score of the experimental group was lower, while the GQOLI - 74 scores was higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Patients＇medication compliance increased and disease reoccurrence was decreased in the experimental group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The whole process system intervention can improve schizophrenia patients＂ medication compliance, reduce disease recurrence, improve social function and quality of life.
