24例保肛术患者行快速康复外科护理后肠功能的恢复情况观察

目的：探究直肠癌保肛术患者行快速康复外科护理后的肠功能恢复情况。方法选取我院2012-05～2013-03间共52例低位直肠癌保肛术患者，随机分为快速康复组24例，对照组28例。快速康复组采用快速康复外科护理（术前认知行为、心理干预，术中、术后管理等），对照组采用传统治疗及护理。比较两种方法护理后肠功能的恢复情况。结果快速康复组患者术后胃管、尿管、腹腔引流管的留置时间显著短于对照组，术后首次下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间短于对照组，快速康复组患者并发症发生率低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论快速康复外科护理可以加快拉低直肠癌保肝术患者肠功能的恢复。

Recovery Effect of Intestinal Function in Patients with Fast Track Surgery After Dixon Surgery

Objective To explore the recovery of intestinal function and early complications after an anal sphincter preservation by the application of fast track surgery protocol.Methods A total of 52 consecutive patients who underwent an anal sphincter preservation in the hospital from May, 2012 to March, 2013, were randomized to a conventional care （n=28） and fast track surgery program （n=24）.FTS group was given repaid rehabilitation surgical nursing （ cognitive behavioral , psychological intervention before surgery , etc）.The control group with traditional treatment and care.Result The patients in FST group with postoperative gastric tube , urinary catheter , abdominal cavity drainage tube time was significantly shorter than control group.The time to first flatus and the length of postoperative hospital stay in the FTS group was less than those in conventional group.Complications in patients with rapid rehabilitation group are lower than the control group, such as anastomotic leakage and abdominal hemorrhage （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients after a Dixon operation who were carried out fast track surgery have a fast recovery of bowel function.
