| 摘 要： | 用间接免疫荧光法检测28例慢性病毒性肝炎病人外周血单个核细胞Tac蛋白之表达,发现各型慢肝病人Tac蛋白之表达均明显低于正常人,且与其LAK细胞活性之低下呈正相关,而认为,Tac表达不良可能是其LAK细胞活性低下之主要原因。提示慢肝病人存在免疫缺损,如提高其Tac蛋白之表达则可能提高其免疫治疗之疗效。

| Abstract: | In 28 cases with chronic viral hepatitis, the expression of Tac protein on peripheral blood mononu-clear cells was tested by using indirect fluorescent assay. It Showed that the expression of Tac proteinwas significantly decreased in patients with chronic viral hepatitis. compared with normal controls andit was positively related to its ability of LAK. These data indicated that there was immune deficiencyin chronic viral hepatitis and the effect of immune therapy would be elevated if the expression of Tacprotein was increased. |
