双胎试管婴儿早期干预防治脑瘫疗效分析

目的:研究降低双胎试管婴儿脑瘫发生率的方法。方法:2007年1月～2009年1月我院收治经抢救存活的试管儿双胎88例高危出生儿,新生儿NBNA评分不足37分,Vojta7种姿势反射判断存在中枢性协调障碍(ZKS),0～1岁定期检查神经运动系统发现异常者,开始新生儿抚触、高压氧及营养脑细胞药等早期干预,并根据神经运动系统有异常者作相应的的康复运动训练疗法,结合家庭早期干预健康教育指导进行家庭康复训练。结果:经评估神经发育均有异常的88例高危双胎试管婴儿,经早期干预后97.7%恢复正常发育,脑瘫发生率为2.27%。结论:早期干预可以降低早产儿脑瘫发生率,且试管婴儿较自然受孕的早产儿脑瘫防治疗效无明显的差别。

Preventive effect of early intervention in treatment of cerabral palsy in tube twin babys

Objective： To explore the method to decrease incidence of cerebral palsy in tube twin babys.Methods： A total of 88 high risk tube twin neonates treated in our hospital from Jan 2007 to Jan 2009 were selected.Their NBNA scores all were lower than 37,and all had central coordination disorder（CCD） diagnosed by 7 posture relexes including Vijta.Early intervention including infant touching,hyperbaric oxygen supply and cerebral nutrition drugs were employed to neonates with abnormal neuromotor system,and corresponding family rehabilitation exercise combined with early intervention health guid were also carried out.Results： Out of 88 high risk tube twin neonates,97.7% recovered after early intervention,and the incidence of cerebral palsy was 2.27%.Conclusions： Early intervention can decrease incidence of cerebral palsy,with the same effect both on tube infants and premaure infants of pregnancy fertilization.
