BPH经尿道等离子电切术后排尿困难原因分析

目的探讨BPH经尿道等离子电切术后排尿困难原因。方法回顾96例BPH等离子电切术后再次排尿困难12例的临床资料并加以分析。结果本组12例,尿道狭窄5例,继发出血3例,腺体残留1例,尿路感染2例,再发前列腺癌1例。结论尿道狭窄、术中操作不当、继发出血、腺体残留、尿路感染、再发前列腺癌,是发生BPH经尿道等离子电切术后排尿困难的主要原因。术前行尿流动力学检查,控制感染,精细的手术操作,可以有效地减少术后排尿困难的发生。

Transurethral Resection of BPH after Transurethral Resection of the Plasma Causes of Dysuria

Objective To evaluate transurethral BPH after transurethral resection of the plasma causes of dysuria.Methods 96 patients with BPH after transurethral resection of the plasma re-Dysuria 12 cases of clinical information and analysis.Results 12 cases, urethral stricture in 5 cases, secondary hemorrhage in 3 cases, residual gland in 1 case,urinary tract infection in 2 cases of recurrent prostate cancer in 1 case.Conclusions The urethral stricture,surgery improper operation, secondary hemorrhage,residual gland, urinary tract infections,recurrent prostate cancer, BPH is transurethral resection of the plasma occurred after transurethral resection of the main difficulties in rination. Urodynamic examination preoperatively,infection control, fine surgical operation,can be effective in reducing the incidence of postoperative voiding difficulty.
