| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性出血性疾病的血管造影表现和介入治疗临床应用价值.方法 50例出血的患者行数字减影血管造影和介入治疗.结果 血管造影:对比剂外溢、积聚等直接出血征象34例,假性动脉瘤、血管畸形、肿瘤血管和实质期肿瘤染色等间接征象8例,造影阴性8例.介入治疗:46例患者应用动脉插管灌注垂体后叶素和栓塞治疗达到止血目的 .近期有效率92%.无严重并发症发生.结论 急性出血性疾病的血管造影和介入治疗诊断明确、止血安全有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinal application of DSA and treatment of serious arterial hemorrhage by interventional therapy. Methods 50 cases with arterial hemorrhage were diagnosed by DSA and treated by interventional therapy. Results 46 patients treated by vasopression infusion or artery embolization were standed,the short-term effective rate was 92% ,without serious complication. Conclusion The DSA and treatment of serious arterial hemorrhage by interventional therapy was safe and effective. |
