| 摘 要： | 目的评估开展减低毒品危害、促进针具交换艾滋病防治项目以来对当地警察的艾滋病防治知识培训的效果。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用匿名方式进行调查。使用横断面调查和分层分析的方法对2005年、2008年当地警察的艾滋病防治知识水平进行比较。结果 2008年、2005年两次横断面调查显示当地警察的艾滋病防治知识平均得分分别是7.12、7.67分,但由于两次调查的对象在性别、年龄上差异有统计学意义,不宜直接比较其防治知识得分水平。经分层比较表明,2008年当地警察的艾滋病防治知识水平较2005年有所提高。结论通过开展减低毒品危害、促进针具交换艾滋病防治项目和对警察的全员培训,当地警察的艾滋病防治知识水平有所提高。
