论创新型大学的创新环境建设

当前我国大学存在着创新教育观念缺乏、制度环境及教学环境落后、学术氛围不浓等创新性环境建设不足的问题，在相当程度上制约了创新人才的成长。为建设大学创新环境，大学应该建立合理的教师和学生管理制度、提供科学的评价机制、创建民主的教学环境及营造良好的学术氛围。

On Environment Construction of Innovation in the Innovation-Oriented University

In the universities of our country,there still exists such problems about the construction of innovative environment as the lack of the conception of innovation education,the backward institutional and teaching surroundings,the thin science atmosphere and so on,which restrict the growth of the innovative person. To create the innovative environment,our universities should construct the sound management institution of students and teachers,supply reasonable appraising mechanism and the teaching condition and at the same time create good science atmosphere.
