南通市高中生自杀行为的流行病学特征

目的描述高中生自杀行为的流行病学特征,初步分析自杀行为的影响因素。方法整群抽取南通市某重点高中和普通高中各1所,采用匿名自填问卷方法调查2所学校高中生3798名。结果高中生自杀意念、自杀计划、自杀未遂的报告率分别为17.4%,5.1%和3.0%,自杀行为报告率为25.5%。女性、低年级、寄宿生、父母受教育程度低、家庭经济收入过低或过高、单亲家庭或无双亲家庭的学生自杀行为报告率较高,不同学校类型、不同出生地的学生自杀行为报告率差异无统计学意义。结论加强新生入学教育,多渠道的心理疏导及良好的家庭环境有利于减少青少年自杀行为。

An Epidemiological Study on Suicidal Behavior of High School Students

Objective To describe the distribution of suicidal behavior in the high school students and analyze the influencing factors. MethodsA key school and an ordinary school were randomized from all high schools in Nantong. An administered anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 3 798 students. ResultsThe total prevalence of suicidal behaviors was 25.5%. About 17.4% of the students used to have suicidal thoughts, 5.1% used to have suicidal plans and the rate of unsuccessful attempted suicides was 3.0%. Female, lower grade, boarder, lower education for parents, family income and single parents or non-parents reported the higher prevalence. School type and birth place were not associated with suicidal behaviors. ConclusionEducation for enrollment students, various ways to resolve the psychological problem and improve the family environment could decrease the adolescents' suicidal behaviors.
