下肢浅静脉曲张不同术式的比较(附236例报告)

目的探讨不同方法治疗下肢静脉曲张的效果。方法1998年1月~2007年1月对236例下肢静脉曲张,分别采用大隐静脉高位结扎抽剥法77例,高位结扎抽剥联合腔内激光法90例,腔内激光照射法69例。结果236例随访1~18个月,平均6.3个月,随访患者疗效满意。结论3种方法有其各自的适应证,但高位结扎抽剥联合腔内激光法安全、有效、创伤小、并发症少,是治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的一种比较理想方法。

On varicose veins of lower extremities different type of comparison(Report of 236 cases)

Objective to study effects of different surgical methods in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods A total of 236 cases of varicose veins were treated from January 1998 to January 2007 with different surgical procedures,including 77 cases of high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein,90 cases of endovenous laser therapy combined with high ligation of greeat saphenous vern,and 69 cases of cases of endovenous laser therapy.Results 236 patients were followed up for 1~18 months with satisfactory results,and a few recurrences were observed.Conclusion Each of the 3 surgical proccdurcs has its own indications,endovenous laser therapy combined with high ligation of greeat saphenous vern is a sate,effective and little invasive novel treatment for varicose veins of lower lim.
