2003-2004年东莞厚街住院麻疹病例分析

目的分析东莞厚街麻疹患者年龄分布、季节分布和临床表现.方法收集2003年1月至2004年12月厚街医院308例麻疹住院患者基本临床资料,对资料进行回顾性统计分析.结果年龄分布在5个月～35岁之间,高发年龄段为18～30岁131例(42.53%),其次为9个月～6岁90例(29.22%);高发季节为4～6月共130例(42.21%),单月最高为5月,共52例;出现并发症共98例(31.82%),其中肝损害55例(18岁以下17例,18岁以上38例).结论成年人麻疹有增多趋势;麻疹流行季节有向春末夏初推移的趋势;成人麻疹易出现肝损害.

Analysis on epidemiological and Clinical Characteristics of Measles in Houjie District of Dongguan City

Objective The purpose of this study was to analyse age and season distribution and clinical characteristics of measles in Houjie District of Dongguan City. Methods To retrospectively analyse measles cases. The study included 308 patients with measles admitted to Houjie hospital in Dongguan. Results The age range of cases was from 5 month to 35 years. Measles cases occurred predominantly in adult(aged18-30 years), with 131 cases (42.53%), followed by children aged 9 month-6 years, with 90 cases(29.22%). More cases occurred from April to June, especially in May. The complications occurred in 98 cases, with 55 hepatic function decline. Conclusions Measles cases occur increasingly in adult. The seasonal trend of measles is toward summer. Hepatic involvement was more prevalent in young adults.
