AO锁定加压钢板在治疗复杂Pilon骨折中的应用

目的：探讨AO锁定加压钢板在治疗胫骨Pilon骨折方面的应用及效果。方法：对2005年5月-2006年5月应用AO锁定加压钢板完成此类手术31例进行随访，平均年龄37．4岁，伤后至手术时间3-14天，治疗采用切开复位内固定，胫骨应用AO锁定加压钢板固定，腓骨应用1／3管型钢板固定，术后早期功能锻炼。结果：采用Mazur评分系统评估手术疗效，31例患者中优19例、良8例、可4例，优良率达87．1％。结论：对涉及胫骨关节面的Pilon骨折，应用AO锁定加压钢板切开复位内固定是合适的。

Open Reduction and Iinternal Fixation with AO Locking Pressure Plates for Tibial Pilon Fractures

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of AO locking pressure plates for treatment of patients with Pilon fracture. Methods： From May 2005 to May 2006, 31 cases of Pilon fracture, with a mean age of 37.4 years, who underwent the procedure of open reduction and internal fixation with AO locking pressure plates. AO locking pressure Plates was used for tibia and 1/3 tube plates was applied for fibula, and early functional exercise was carried out postoperatively. Results： The result was evaluated as excellent in 19 cases, good in 8 cases and fare in 4 cases according to Mazur grade system. The excellent and good rate was 87.1%. Conclusion： It is suitable for tibial Pilon fractures treated by open reduction and internal fixation with AO locking pressure plates.
