紫外分光光度法测定甲砜霉素胶囊的含量

摘    要:目的:建立甲砜霉素胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:以无水乙醇为溶剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定甲砜霉素胶囊的含量,测定波长为266nm。结果:线性范围0.05-0.5mg.ml^-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.83%,RSD为0.49%。结论:该方法简便、快速、结果准确。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To esstablish UV method for the determination of content in thiamphenicol capsules METHODS UV spectometry was used to determine the thiamphenicol capsules The sample was determined at 266nm RESULT The calibration curves was linear between 0.05-0.5mg·ml-1(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 99.83%,RSD was 0.49%
