| 摘 要： | 目的：建立甲砜霉素胶囊的含量测定方法。方法：以无水乙醇为溶剂，采用紫外分光光度法测定甲砜霉素胶囊的含量，测定波长为266nm。结果：线性范围0．05－0．5mg.ml^-1（r＝0．9999），平均回收率为99．83％，RSD为0．49％。结论：该方法简便、快速、结果准确。 |
