| 摘 要： | 目的:通过分析、总结在PICC导管穿刺、维护和使用过程中发生血流感染的相关因素,提高导管血流感染控制率。方法:回顾分析2008年至今248例PICC置管,对出现临床症状的病例进行细菌培养确诊。结果:经细菌培养确诊6例血流感染,并提出相应防范措施,严格控制感染发生。结论:加强过程监测、通过提高PICC导管维护技术,有利于分析和控制导管血流感染等并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective: Through analyze,summarize the PICC catheter puncture,maintenance and use process occurs in the bloodstream infections related factors,to improving bloodstream infection control rate.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 248 cases since 2008,to diagnose by bacterial culture for patients appeared the clinical symptoms.Results: 6 cases diagnosed blood infection,by bacterial culture,and put forward the corresponding preventive measures,strictly control the infection.Conclusion: Strengthen the process of monitoring,through improving PICC catheter maintenance technology,to analysis and control catheter complications such as bloodstream infections. |
