肝癌患者生活方式与饮食危险因素调查

摘    要:目的:了解肝癌的危险因素和保护因素,初步评价生活方式、饮食因素和肝癌患病的关系。方法:采用1∶1配对病例对照研究设计,使用问卷调查,分别调查了73例肝癌患者和73例非肝癌患者,通过卡方检验和Logistic回归模型,对所获资料进行单因素及多因素分析。结果:肝癌患病的危险因素主要包括饮酒和黄曲霉毒素污染,OR值分别为5.80和3.25,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而多吃蔬菜和多饮茶的OR值则分别为0.34和0.39,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:饮酒、黄曲霉毒素污染等为肝癌的危险因素,多吃蔬菜和多饮茶可能为保护因素。

Abstract:Objective: To understand the factors of risk and protection of liver cancer,and preliminarily evaluate the relationship between lifestyle,dietary factors and the occurrence of liver cancer.Methods: Using the method of 1∶ 1 paired case-control study design,73 cases liver cancer patients and 73 cases of not liver cancer patients were investigated by questionnaire,and the effective factors of liver cancer were analyzed by Chi-square test and Logistic regression.Results: Drinking and aflatoxin poison pollution were the main risk factors for the occurrence of liver cancer,and OR values were 5.8 and 3.25 respectively(P<0.05);while eating more vegetables and drinking much of tea could are protective factors,and OR values were 0.34 and 0.39 respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion: Drinking and aflatoxin poison pollution were risk factors for liver cancer,but eating more vegetables and drinking much of tea could are protective factors.
