郑州某高校女教职工脂肪肝患病率及危险因素分析

目的:探讨郑州某高校女性教职工脂肪肝患病率及相关危险因素。方法:分析郑州某高校女性教职工体检资料2 533份,采用Logistic回归分析相关危险因素。结果:该校女性教职工体检2 533人,年龄19～92(49.57±14.12)岁,脂肪肝的患病率为15.36%(389/2 533)。非条件Logistic回归分析表明:血糖、体质指数、甘油三酯、总胆固醇和年龄是脂肪肝的危险因素,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇是其保护因素。结论:该校女性教职工脂肪肝的患病率较高,糖代谢紊乱、肥胖、血脂异常会增加脂肪肝患病风险。

Analysis of the prevalence and risk factors of fatty liver among the female staff of one university of Zhengzhou

Objective: Explore the prevalence and risk factors of fatty liver among female staffs of one university in Zhengzhou.Methods: We analyzed the data of medical examination of 2 533 female staffs and used Logistic regression analyses for risk factors of fatty liver.Results: There were 2 533 female staff in this school,and age ranged from 19 to 92 years old with an average age of(49.57±14.12) years,among these subjects,389(15.36%) were diagnosed having fatty liver.Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that age,body mass index(BMI),diabetes,serum triglycerides(TG) and total cholesterol(TC)were the risk factors for fatty liver,however,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) is a protective factor for fatty liver.Conclusion: The prevalence of fatty liver among female staffs of the University was high.Glucose metabolism disorder,obesity,dyslipidemia have a closely association with fatty liver.
