围绝经期症状的影响因素分析

目的:探讨围绝经期症状的发生情况及其影响因素。方法:采用统一的调查问卷,选取郑州市第七人民医院门诊体检的40～60岁妇女进行问卷调查。结果:405名围绝经期妇女中出现第1次月经紊乱的平均年龄是(46±3.63)岁,出现第一次围绝经症状的平均年龄是(47.0±3.99)岁。本次调查的围绝经期妇女中出现围绝经期综合征的有260人,发生率为64.2%,文化程度高、专业技术人员、居住于城市、健康状况自评差是围绝经期症状的主要影响因素。结论:围绝经期症状晚于月经改变出现,围绝经期症状的发生与文化程度、职业、居住地、健康状况自评有关。

Analysis of influencing factor on peri-menopausal symptoms affecting factors

Objective: Study of peri-menopausal symptoms occurrence and influencing factors.Methods: Using the unified questionnaire,the women aged 40-60 years old of Zhengzhou seventh people's hospital outpatient service physical examination were selected to be conducted a questionnaire survey.Results: In 405 peri-menopausal women,the first average age of the menstrual disorders was(46±3.6) years old,the average peri-menopausal symptoms earliest age was(47.0± 3.99) years old.This survey of peri-menopausal women in peri-menopausal syndrome have 260 people,the occurrence rate of 64.2%,higher education,professional and technical personnel,living in the city and the health status self assessment is the main influence factors of menopausal symptoms.Conclusion: Peri-menopausal symptoms occur after the menstrual changes,menopausal symptoms are related with culture degree,occupation,place of residence,health status self evaluation about.
