| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫腔镜检查异常子宫出血的病因。方法回顾总结2000年1月～2001年10月185例宫腔镜资料。结果子宫肌瘤52例(28.1%),功血45例(24.32%)。,子宫内膜息肉7例(22.7%),绝经后出血11例(5.95%),宫内残留7例(3.78%)。结论宫腔镜是检查子宫内膜异常出血原因的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical cause of endometrorrhagia under hysteroscopy.Methods From January 2000to October 2001,185 cases with endometrorrhagia were made under hysteroscopy.Results there were 52 cases hysteromyoma(28.1%),45cases dysfunctional bleeding(24.32%),42cases endometrial polyp(22.7%),11cases menopausal bleeding(5.95%),7cases intrauterine remails(3.78%).Conclusions It is essential for the clinical caudes of endometrorrhagia under hysteroscopy. |
