扶正祛邪方治疗老年急性髓性白血病临床观察

目的:观察中药扶正祛邪方配合减量化疗治疗老年急性髓性白血病的临床疗效.方法:将45例老年急性髓性白血病(AML)初治患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组22例采用减量VAD化疗方案,治疗组23例在VAD方案的基础上加用扶正祛邪方.结果:完全缓解(CR)率治疗组60.9%,对照组45.5%,两组CR率及生存期差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05),有效率治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05),在减轻化疗毒副作用方面,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:中药扶正祛邪方配合减量化疗治疗老年急性髓性白血病能提高治疗的总有效率,且能减少化疗的毒副作用.

Clinical Observation on Treating the Elderly Patients of Acute Myeloid Leukemia with Fuzheng Quxie Decoction

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Fuzheng Quxie decoction with reduced-dose chemotherapy in treating the elderly patients of acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods:45 elderly patients with AML were divided randomly into 2 groups, control group treated with low-dose chemotherapy of VAD (n=22), treatment group with low-dose chemotherapy of VAD and Fuzheng Quxie decoction (n=23).Results: The complete remission rates were 60.9% in treatment group and 45.5% in control group. There were no significantly different about the complete remission rates and survival periods between two groups (P>0.05).While The effective rate in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). To the toxicity and other side-effects, the treated group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating elderly AML with integration of Fuzheng Quxie decoction and reduced-dose chemotherapy can improve total effective rates, and reduce its toxicity and effective rate.
