中医分期论治视盘血管炎的疗效观察

目的 观察中医分期论治视盘血管炎的临床疗效.方法 对18例20只眼视盘血管炎患者,根据眼底情况及发病时间长短进行临床分期,并对其采用中医辨证施治治疗.结果 临床痊愈5例5只眼,显效4例6只眼,有效5例5只眼,无效4例4只眼,总有效率80％.结论 临床分期结合中医辨证施治是治疗视盘血管炎的一种有效方法,特别适用于有糖皮质激素禁忌证或病程较长的患者.

Clinical observation on TCM treatment of optic disc vasculitis based on stages

OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect in treating optic disc vasculitis with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on clinical stages.METHODS The data of 20 eyes of 18 cases with optic disc vasculitis were classified according to the alteration of eyeground and duration of the disease.Then,these cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation.RESULTS Five eyes of 5 cases were clinically recovered,6 eyes of 4 cases showed marked effectiveness,5 eyes of 5 cases showed effectiveness and 4 eyes of 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 80%.CONCLUSIONS TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation and clinical stages was one of the effective methods to treat optic disc vasculitis.It was especially applicable to those cases which have glucocorticoids contraindication or long course of disease.
