孔源性视网膜脱离复位术后应用消朦灵片的临床研究

目的评价消朦灵片对玻璃体视网膜手术后视功能恢复的干预作用。方法将100例辨证为气阴亏虚、痰瘀互结的孔源性视网膜脱离患者,随机分为常规疗法对照组(50例50只眼)和消朦灵片治疗组(50例50只眼)。所有患者均行玻璃体视网膜手术,对照组术后予常规抗炎、抗感染治疗,治疗组术后予常规治疗及口服消朦灵片,12周为1个疗程。治疗前后进行视力及OCT检查,观察患者视力及黄斑厚度情况。结果术后4周及12周时,治疗组视力优于对照组,黄斑厚度小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消朦灵片有助于减轻视网膜脱离复位术后的黄斑水肿,促进视功能的恢复。

Clinical research of Xiaomengling Tablet on rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients after vitreoretinal surgery

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of Xiaomengling Tablet on the visual function,macular OCT of patients after vitreoretinal surgery.METHODS One hundred patients after vitrectomy with the symptoms of deficiency of qi and yin,phlegm and blood obstruction were collected.Randomly divided the patients into two groups.The patients in control group only received the vitrectomy,and the patients in treatment group received the vitrectomy and Xiaomengling Tablet treatment.Both group used antibiotic and steroid 3-5days after vitrectomy,and the treatment group used Xiaomengling Tablet in addition.Twelve weeks was a cure period.Observed and compared the patients’vision,macular OCT.RESULTS Compared the 4-week and 12-week effect of two groups,the vision,macular OCT of treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Xiaomengling Tablet can boost the vision improvement,alleviate macular edema.
