| 摘 要： | 目的观察微创接骨板内固定联合早期康复疗法治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取收治的30例胫骨远端骨折,随机分组,治疗组采用微创接骨板内固定联合早期康复疗法,对照组采用切口复位内固定方法。结果对照组总有效率为67%,治疗组为80%,2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论微创接骨板内固定联合早期康复疗法治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效显著,并发症发生率更低。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect that the minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO) combined with early rehabilitation therapy treated distal tibia fractures.Methods Randomly divide the 30 patients with distal tibia fractures in our hospital into the treatment group and the control group,using MIPPO and early rehabilitation therapy for the treatment group and conventional internal fixation for the control group.Results The total effective rates reached 67% in the control group and 80% in treatment group.The total effective rates comparison between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect that MIPPO combined with early rehabilitation therapy for distal tibia fractures is distinct,with lower incidence of complications. |
