| 摘 要： | 卡介苗(BCG)的免疫保护作用存在争议,多重耐药结核杆菌(MDR-TB)的出现,以及艾滋病(AIDS)的流行,导致结核病(TB)的发病率呈现回升趋势,给TB防治提出了新的挑战.因此,发展新的TB疫苗成为TB防治的迫切需要.本文综述结核疫苗研究的最新进展. |

| Abstract: | The immunoprotective effect of Bacille Calmette-Guerin(BCG) is controversial.Appearance of multi-drug resistant tubercle bacilli(MDR-TB) and prevalence of AIDS lead to an upswing of tuberculosis(TB) incidence,which poses a challenge to TB control.Therefore,the development of new TB vaccines become an urgent need for prevention and treatment of TB.This article will review the latest developments of TB vaccine research. |
