低年资护士规范培训与效果评价

摘    要:目的 进行低年资护士规范培训,提高护士安全意识和工作绩效,保证护理质量.方法 制定规范培训计划,对近5 年来新进护士98 人进行系统化培训,采用问卷评估方法,对其培训前后进行比较.结果 培训前、后护士的基本理论、基本技能的掌握,护理安全意识和工作质量不同,培训后不同工作年限护士培训效果也不同.通过培训,护士的基本理论、基本技能、安全意识增强,护理工作质量普遍达到了较高的优良率.结论 规范培训有利于低年资护士的成长,保证了护理安全,提高了护理质量.

Abstract:Carries on low period of service nurse standard training,enhances nurse the safety consciousness and the work achievements,the guarantee nursing quality.Method The formulation standard training plan,recently nurse 98 people carried on systematized training to the recent 5 years,uses the questionnaire appraisal method,carries on the comparison to its training around.Result Trains before and after nurse the elementary theory basic skill to grasp,the nursing safety consciousness and the work quality is different.After the training,different working life nurse trains the effect to be also different,through training,nurse’s elementary theory,the basic skill,the safety consciousness strengthens,the nursing work quality has achieved high generally fine rate.Conclusion Standard training is advantageous to the low period of service nurse’s growth,had guaranteed the nursing security,improved the nursing quality.
