复方光明胶囊对光损伤SD大鼠闪光视网膜电图的影响

摘    要:目的观察复方光明胶囊对SD大鼠视网膜光损伤后闪光视网膜电图(flash electroretinogram,F-ERG)的影响。方法 SD大鼠30只(60只眼),随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、低剂量治疗组、中剂量治疗组、高剂量治疗组。通过手术显微镜光源持续照射造模,以形成实验性SD大鼠视网膜光损伤模型,治疗组以高、中、低不同剂量的复方光明胶囊混悬液灌胃,空白对照组及模型对照组以生理盐水灌胃,造模后连续灌胃给药2周,并于灌胃前、后行闪光视网膜电图检查,观察闪光视网膜电图a、b波振幅值变化情况。结果正常对照组的视网膜电图a、b波振幅均较模型对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高、中、低剂量组a、b波振幅值均较模型组有不同程度增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高剂量组a、b波振幅值较低、中剂量组振幅值高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方光明胶囊对视网膜光损伤具有一定的防治作用。

Effect of compound Guangming Capsule on retina light damage in SD rats,a flash electroretinogram observation

Abstract:OBJICTIVE To observe the effect of compound Guangming Capsule on retina light damages by flash electroretinogram(F-ERG).METHODS Thirty healthy Sprague-Dawley rat(60 eyes),weighted between 180g and 220g,were divided into 5 groups: normal group,model group,low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group.We used the light source of surgical microscope to continuously irradiate the macular of SD rats to form the model of retinal light damage.After modeling,all rats accepted F-ERG examination.Then,rats of high,medium and low-dose group were all fed different doses of compound Guangming Capsule.Fourteen days later,we made all rats accept F-ERG examination again and observed the difference of the average amplitude of a-wave and b-wave between the groups.RESULTS We found the difference of F-ERG among all groups after treatment.The average amplitude of a-wave and b-wave in high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups were higher than model group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Our study showed that compound Guangming Capsule could promote the repair of retinal light damage.
