| 摘 要： | 运用高效液相色谱法的检测手段,对复方血塞通进行药代动力学研究,以葛根中的葛根素为检测指标,并与单味葛根灌胃及缺味葛根给药作平行对照,考察指标成分在大鼠体内的吸收.结果 表明,葛根吸收房室模型为二室模型,复方的其他配伍中药对葛根素的吸收有较大的影响,可明显增加葛根素在大鼠体内的吸收,提高葛根素的生物利用度.

| Abstract: | HPLC was used to the study of the pharmacokinetics of Xuesaitong dropping pill.Puerain was used as the testing indicatrix and compared parallel with single-herb radix pueraria.Puerain absorbtion in the body of the rats was observed.The result showed that two-compartment was identified as absorbtion model.The other raditional Chinese medicine of Xuesaitong dropping pill can enhance the absorbtion of pueraria in the body of the rats and improve the bioavailability of puerain. |
