| 摘 要： | 目的 观察左金丸加味联合西药治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)临床疗效.方法 114 例患者随机分为2 组,对照组(56 例)给予口服兰索拉唑片及马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,治疗组(58 例)在服用上述西药基础上配合左金丸加味治疗,观察其疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率96.55 %,对照组总有效率78.57%,2 组疗效有明显差异(χ2=8.55,P＜0.01).结论 中西医结合组治疗胃食管反流病疗效明显优于西药组.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combined therapy of modified Zuojin Wan and western medicine for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods 114 patients were randomized into two groups.The control group(56) was given Lansoprazole and Trimebutine Maleate tablets.The therapeutic group(58) was administered with modified Zuojin Wan besides the above mentioned western medicine.The effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 96.55%,and that of the control group was 78.57%.The difference was significant(χ2 =8.55,P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy group was obviously better than that of the western medicine group. |
