左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床疗效观察

目的 用24h 动态血压监测方法观察国产左旋氨氯地平的降压疗效及作用持续时间.方法 选取符合入选条件的轻中度高血压病人82 例,年龄(60.2±5.5)岁.每天服用左旋氨氯地平5 mg,共8 wk,于治疗前后分别监测24 h 动态血压.结果 治疗后24h、白昼及夜间的收缩压、舒张压均值均有明显下降(P＜0.01),而心率无明显变化(P＞0.05);血压负荷值也明显减小(P＜0.01);收缩压、舒张压谷峰比均＞50%.结论 国产左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压疗效显著,稳定性好,可持续24 h.

Evaluation of the Antihypertensive Effect of Levamlodipine with Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring

Objective To evaluate the antihypertensive effect of Levamlodipine by 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM).Methods According to an open,self controlled design,82 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension aged(60.2±5.5) a were studied.They were given 5 mg once daily for 8 weeks.Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) was measured before and after treatment.Results After 8 weeks of Levamlodipine treatment,24 hour,day and night SBP and DBP showed a significant reduction(P<0.01);SBP and DBP loads decreased obviously(P<0.01);Trough-to-peak ratios of both SBP and DBP were larger than 50%.No changed in heart rate was found(P>0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine once daily is effective and steady in the treatment of hypertension.
