| 摘 要： | 远程医疗将推动型新社区卫生服务体系的建设,将远程医疗具有的专业优势、资源优势、快捷优势与社区医疗卫生服务的大众化、日常化相结合,探讨远程医疗在新型社区卫生服务体系中基本医疗救护,疾病预防与管理,人口健康保健,处理应对突发性灾害事件等方面的运行模式和建设策略,为实现"人人享有基本医疗卫生保障"的目标提供一种新的方法和建设思路。
