| 摘 要： | 目的:观察左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效、细菌清除率和安全性。方法:6 0例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为2组,治疗组用左氧氟沙星注射液0 3g/次,2次/d :对照组用注射用头孢哌酮钠,2g/次,2次/d ,疗程均为7～14d。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为90.0 %和83.3 % :细菌清除率分别为87.0 %和81.8% ,两组不良反应发生率均为6.7%。结论:左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染疗效确切、不良反应少而轻微,可作为治疗下呼吸道感染的一线用药

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy,the eradication rates of pathogens and safety of levofloxacin in treating lower respiratory tract infections. Methods: Sixty patients with lower respiratory tract infections were divided into two groups in random.The therapy group was injected with levofloxacin 0.3g,bid;the control group was injected with cefoperazone 2g,bid.Both courses of treatment were 7～14 days.Results: The total efficacy rates in the therapy and control groups were 90.0%and 83.3%,respectively.The clearance rates of bacteria were 87.0%and 81.8%,respectively.And the rates of side effects were 6.7%,respectively. Conclusions:Levofloxacin is effective and safe,it can be used as the first choice drug in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections |
