| 摘 要： | 目的:研究垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽(PACAP)对MCAO大鼠自体神经干细胞分化影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为不同浓度PACAP治疗组:P8组(1×10-8mol/L),P10组(1×10-10mol/L),P12组(1×10-12mol/L);对照组。免疫荧光双标观察BrdU /NSE 及BrdU /GFAP 细胞的表达变化。结果:各组BrdU /NSE 及BrdU /GFAP 细胞7d时较少,14d显著增加,28d时最高,PACAP治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01);P8组高于P10组,P12组(P<0.05)。结论:PACAP具有诱导神经干细胞分化的作用,以1×10-8mol/L为最佳浓度。
