64层螺旋CT血管造影术诊断冠心病的临床应用价值

目的：探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影术对比冠状动脉造影（CAG）在诊断冠心病中的临床应用价值。方法：选择我院高度怀疑冠心病且同时做过64层螺旋CT血管造影术及DSA的49名患者,对结果进行对比分析。结果：49名患者中,CAG发现有意义狭窄247处,64-SCT正确发现其中的236处,11处因钙化或运动伪影致病灶漏诊、过诊或狭窄程度评估不准确。64层螺旋CT血管造影术的总体敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为95.5%、92.9%、94.6%。结论：64层螺旋CT血管造影术在冠心病的诊断上有较高的准确性,具有较好的临床应用价值。

The Diagnostic Value of 64-Slice Multislice Computed Tomography Angiography for Coronary Heart Disease

Objective：To evaluate 64-slice spiral CT angiography contrast coronary angiography （CAG） in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in clinical application.Methods：49 patients underwent 64-slice coronary angiography and selective coronary angiography were included.Results：Among the 49 patients,CAG found that significant stenosis 247,64-SCT find the right 236,11 lesions missed,over-diagnosis,or the degree of stenosis assessed inaccurate due to calcification or motion artifacts caused by.64-slice spiral CT angiography of the overall sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 95.5%,92.9%,94.6%.Conclusion：The 64-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease have a higher accuracy,with a good clinical value.
