| 摘 要： | 目的了解2005年宁夏碘盐分装厂、盐批发企业批质量合格情况及居民户食用碘盐情况。方法2005年对盐分装、批发企业生产的碘盐及居民户食用碘盐进行检测,检测方法采用国标GB/T 13025.7-1999直接滴定法检测。结果碘盐分装、批发企业批质量合格率95.35%,居民户合格碘盐食用率94.05%。结论2005年宁夏碘盐食用达到国家消除碘缺乏病阶段性目标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the quality of iodized salt assembly factories,wholesale enterprises and the situation of consuming iodized salt by residents in Ningxia.Methods Edible iodized salt from the assembly factories,wholesale enterprises and residents' households was detected with direct titrimetric method according to the national standard GB/T 13025.7-1999.Results The qualified rate of iodized salt was 95.35% from assembly factories,wholesale enterprises and 96.0% from residents' households.Conclusions The consuming situation of iodized salt in Ningxia has achieved the national aim of eliminating the iodine deficiency disorder in 2005. |
