依贝沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

目的 探讨依贝沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法 采用随机，单盲自身对照及组间对照将40例CHF分为依贝沙坦组(20例)，服用依贝沙坦150mg／d；常规治疗组(对照组，20例)，疗程均为12周。观察两组治疗前后心率(HR)、血压(BP)、心胸比率(Cardiathoracic ratio)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期容积(EDV)、左室收缩末期容积(ESV)、心功能变化、6min步行试验及实验室参数变化。结果 治疗后依贝沙坦组临床显效率50％、有效率45％、无效率5％，对照组分别为35％、40％、25％。治疗后与治疗前相比，依贝沙坦组HR、BP、LVEF、EDV、ESV、心胸比、6min步行试验相关参数均有显著改善(P＜0.01或P＜0．05)，依贝沙坦组与对照组相比较差异有显著意义(P＜0．01或P＜0.05)，血生化指标治疗前后比较及组间比较差异均无显著意义(P＞0.05)。结论 依贝沙坦治疗CHF疗效肯定，优于常规治疗，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of irbesarton on congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect of irbesarton on congestive heart failure.Methods Fourty cases of congestive heart failure were divided into irbesarton group(20 cases) and control group(20 cases) according to random and single blind contrast rules.Irbesarton group accepted irbesanton 150mg per day.After 12 weeks treatment,the changes of HR,SP,cardiathoracic ratio,LVEF,EDV,ESV,cardiac function,6min walk trial and other biochemical parameters in the group were compared with those in control group.Results The exallent rate,effective rate,ineffective rate in irbesarton group and control group were 50%,45%,5% and 35%,40%,25% respectively after 12 weeks treatment.The improvements of HR,BP,cardiothovaticic ratio,LVEF,EDV,ESV and 6min walk trial after treatment in irbesarton group were significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The difference between irbesarton group and control group was also significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The changes of biochemical parameters between the two group was not significant.Conclusion The clinical effects of irbesarton on congestive heart failure is definitive and irbesarton is valuable for widely using chinically.
