| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同产地鳖甲药材的鉴别特征。方法依据形态学特征对不同产地鳖甲药材进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别,运用紫外光谱法对不同产地鳖甲药材进行光谱鉴别。结果不同产地鳖甲药材的鉴别特征明显不同。结论对鳖甲药材的应用和鳖甲质量标准制定具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the identification features of Carapax Trionycis from different regions. Methods Researches on the microscopical identification, microscopical identification and ultraviolet spectroscopy identification of Carapax Trionycis from different regions were carried out. Results Carapax Trionycis from different regions had different identification features. Conclusions The methods are useful for the application and establishment of Carapax Trionycis. |
