| 摘 要： | 本文对恶性黄疸患者血清生化学(直接胆红素、间接胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酰移换酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶等六项指标)的变化及其机理进行探讨。并以光镜和透射电镜对肝脏进行病理组织学观察,结果表明:六项生化指标均明显高于正常;此改变与胆道阻塞时间的长短及胆道压力增高有关;恶性黄疸血清生化学改变并非由胆道系统感染所致;胆道压力增高引起的病理组织学改变是发生血清生化学改变的主要原因。

| Abstract: | The paper reports the study on the serum biochemical changes in mlignant iaundice(six tests: direet, bilirubin indirect bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, gammaglutamyl transferase, alamine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase) and the machanism of the changes. The pathohistological observation of liver was carried out with opfical microecope and electron microscope.The results showed that the values of six biochemical tests were obviously higher than that of normal persons, and the changes were concerned with the duration the biliary obstruction and the increase of the of the pressure of the biliary tract.The main reason for the serur biochemical changes was the change of the patho histology from the incr ease of the pressure of the biliary tract and was not the infection of the biliary system. |
