| 摘 要： | 目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法68例冠心病心绞痛的患者，随机分为两组，对照组32例，采用常规抗心绞痛药物治疗，通心络组36例，在采用常规抗心绞痛药物基础上加用通心络胶囊，观察两组疗效，比较有效率。结果通心络组显效18例（50．0％），有效15例（41．6％），总有效率91．6％；对照组显效13例（40．6％），有效10例（31．2％），总有效率71．8％；通心络组总有效率明显优于对照组。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 68 cases with angina pectoris were randomly divide into control group （ routine treatment） and Tongxinluo capsule group（ routine treatment added Tongxinluo capsule）. Results Total effective power of improving angina pectoris in Tongxinluo capsule group and control group were 91.6% ,71.8% respectively. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective to angina pectoris. |
