Toll样受体与肠道相关疾病的研究进展

Toll样受体(TLRs)是一类广泛存在于哺乳动物细胞的跨膜受体,它可以识别许多病原微生物保守的病原相关分子模式,参与细胞信号转导及免疫反应,在抗感染中发挥重要作用。现就TLRs的分子结构特点、信号转导方式及其在肠易激综合征、炎症性肠病、肠结核、真菌及原虫等病原菌所致肠道感染性疾病中的作用进行综述。

The toll-like receptors is one kind of cross membrane receptor,which widely exists in the mammal cells,it can distinguish many conservative pathogen associated molecular patterns of pathogenic microorganism,participate in cell signal conduction and immune response,plays the vital role in the anti-infection.This article makes a summary on the TLRs′ molecular structure characteristic,the way the signal extension leads and the role of them,in the irritable bowel syndrome,inflammatory bowel disease,intestinal tuberculosis,and the intestinal infection diseases like fungus and protozoan and so on disease germs.
