| 摘 要： | 目的调查了解ICU病人的夜间睡眠情况和影响病人夜间睡眠的因素。方法采用自行设计的调查表对187例病人夜间睡眠情况进行调查,并分析影响因素及护理干预效果。结果ICU病人存在着严重的睡眠不足。疼痛、焦虑、环境、护理操作技术是影响ICU病人夜间睡眠质量最主要的原因。结论采取护理干预措施后,如有效的镇静止痛、安全舒适的护理、提供良好的病室环境,可提高病人的夜间睡眠质量,减少夜间睡眠不良的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the sleep quality and relative factors for patients in ICU.Methods: 187 patients were investigated using a questionnaire designed by ourselves,and the correlative factors were analyzed.Results: Patients in ICU had a very low sleep quality.Pain,curiosity,environment,and nursing skills were the main factors.Conclusion: To adopt effective nursing interference,such as effective sedative and odynolysis,safe and comfortable nursing care,better environment in ward,can improve the sleep quality of patients. |
