稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

目的：观察稳心颗粒与西药合用治疗冠心病心绞痛血瘀证的临床疗效。方法：将72例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在西药常规治疗的基础上加用稳心颗粒，4周后观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组血瘀症状明显改善，与对照组相比，心绞痛复发率、舌下含服硝酸甘油量及血液流变学指标均明显降低。结论：稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical study of Wenxin Granule on coronary heart disease with angina pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenxin Granule plus western medicine in the treatment of angina pectroris.Method Seventy-two patients with angina pectroris were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(n=36)and the treatment group(n=36). The control group received conventional therapy and the treatment group received Wenxin Granule plus conventional therapy. The clinical effect was observed 4 weeks later. Results The symptoms of blood stasis of the treatment group improved in the follow-up significantly. The rate of recurrent angina pectoris,the dose of sublingual sucking nitroglycerin,blood rheology target were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine are obviously better than those of the only western medicine.
