| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立一种用反相高效液相色谱法检测金马通络胶囊中东莨菪碱及士的宁含量的方法。方法 :用C18ODS柱为固定相。甲醇 :水 (5 8:4 2 ,V/V) (水相含 0 .0 5mol/L醋酸盐缓冲液及 0 .0 0 2 5mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠 )为流动相。检测波长2 2 6nm。结果 :该方法回收率为氢溴酸东莨菪碱 10 0 .3 3 % ,RSD =3 .19% (n =5 ) ;士的宁为 97.0 8% ,RSD =4 .5 1% (n =5 )。结论 :该方法操作简便、快捷、专一、准确性好 ,可用于金马通络胶囊质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To develop a RP HPLC method for determining the content of scopolamine and strychnine. Methods: The chromatographic conditions are listed below: Zorbax ODS C 18 Column, UV detector at wavelength 226nm, and a mobile phase MeOH H 2O(0.05mol.L 1 acetate buffer solution with 0.0025mol.L 1 Sodium larug sulfate, 58:42 V/V). Results: The rate of recovery for scopolamine and strychnine by this method is 100.3%(RSD 3.19, n=5) and 97.08%(RSD 4.51, n=5) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. |
