社区慢性病管理的探讨

随着人民生活水平的提高和人口老龄化进程的加快，我国慢性病的发病和死亡呈大幅上升趋势。慢性病不仅严重危害人民健康，降低人们的生活质量，而且已成为导致我国医疗费用直线上升的主要原因。社区卫生服务的功能融预防、医疗、保健、康复和健康教育等为一体，对慢性病的管理可以发挥有效、经济、方便、综合和连续的优势。笔者在阅读相关文献的基础上，结合我国社区卫生服务的实际情况以及相关政策，围绕慢性病的管理、临床诊治、健康保健、并发症的预防与治疗等方面进行探讨，以此作为更好开展社区卫生服务工作的借鉴。

Discuss on management of chronic diseases in community

Morbidity and mortality of chronic diseases increase greatly following with the increase of people＇living standard and the speed up of population aging process. Chronic diseases not only do harm to person＇ health and lower their life quality, but also lead to medical cost straightly rising. Community health service has multiple functions including prevention, medical treatment, healthcare, rehabilitation and health education, so it hos such predominance as effective, economic, convenient, general and continuous for management of chronic diseases. Author discussed high risk management, clinical diagnosis and treatment, heahhcare, preven tion and treatment for complication of chronic diseases combining practical conditions of community health service center in our country and relative policies based on pertinent literature in order to provide reference for the development of community health service.
