| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟中药强骨饮对骨质疏松性骨痛44例临床的疗效。方法:88例患有原发性骨质疏松性骨痛的患者随机分为2组,各44例。自拟中药强骨饮组,水煎服,每天1付,每日2次;仙灵骨葆组,口服,一次3粒,一日2次。均治疗3个月。并分别对治疗前后疼痛及骨密度指标及有效率进行观察分析。结果:自拟中药强骨饮组临床疗效明显优于仙灵骨葆组(P<0.01)。结论:自拟中药强骨饮能有效提高骨密度,缓解疼痛。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of Zi ni qing gu yin on 44 patients who suffered from pains which were caused by osteoporosis. Methods:Random sample 88 patients who suffered from pains which were caused by osteoporosis. Zi ni qiang gu yin, one fu one day, bid. Xian ling gu bao, take orally, every day 6 capsules, bid. The course of the treatment is three months. Before and after the treatment, BMD, symptoms and objective sign change data were observed for the analysis. Results:The clinical curative effect of Zi ni qiang gu yin is better than that of Xian ling gu bao.Conclusion:Zi ni qiang gu yin can effectively enhance BMD and reduce the ache which is caused by osteoporosis. |
