昭通市青少年健康相关危险行为分析

目的了解昭通市青少年健康危险行为流行现状及不良影响,为相关部门制定相应策略和措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取昭通市昭阳区城区及周边10所中学近3 000名学生进行健康相关危险行为问卷调查。结果所调查的健康危险行为在受试学生中均有不同程度的存在,其中吃油炸食品和吃甜点的报告率分别为83.31%和82.80%,骑车带人、步行危险行为、游泳危险行为、打架行为、尝试吸烟、上网时间超过自己预想的时间分别为46.65%,30.86%,18.04%,25.77%,45.31%和20.68%。各种危险行为的报告率在不同性别、年级(年龄)、学校类型、家庭结构中均存在着不同程度的差异。结论当前昭通市青少年普遍存在多种健康相关危险行为;应建立以卫生、教育部门为核心的多部门合作机制,共同防止危害健康的行为发生。

Analysis of the adolescent's health-related/risk behaviors in Zhaotong
