| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高校甲型H1N1流感防控措施。方法学校高度重视制定防控预案和相关制度、协调学校各部门;大力宣传教育;落实晨检因病缺勤追踪制度;校医院及时向疾控中心报告疫情,对发热病例分级管理隔离治疗。结果隔离密切接触者484名、38℃以下流感样病例305名;治疗38℃以上流感样病例2 000例;转诊39℃以上重症病例150例,无死亡病例,教学正常进行,学校甲型H1N1流感防控效果满意。结论学校重视,落实晨检因病缺勤追踪制度,密切接触者不需隔离,校医院实施发热病例分级管理,隔离治疗是学校甲型H1N1流感防控的关键。
